More cities announced curfew except NYC

The following cities announced their curfew. Minneapolis, Los Angeles, Atlanta, Denver, Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, Seattle, Cleveland, Columbus, Portland, Miami, Milwaukee and Rochester, NY. NYC Mayor despite knowing these cities enforced curfew has not responded.
Texas and Colorado has activated National Guard to enforce curfew.
Mayor's office stated de Blasio was in Flatbush for the last few hours assessing the situation and now heading to Manhattan.
