Second suspect on the hunt after shooting in Oceanside

The NCPD reported after further investigation reveals that the subject fled west on Merrick Road in a 2019 to 2021 red Acura SUV.
A female suspect is also involved in the shooting.
The female in the attached photo was a front passenger. She is described as being a female, Hispanic, 18 to 25 year of age, slim build, blue shirt, black sweatpants, black face mask and white slippers.

Original police statement -

The NCPD are investigating a robbery that occurred on Sunday, March 6, 2022 at 3:19 pm in Oceanside.

According to detectives, an unknown male entered Da Smoke Spot located at 230 Merrick Road.  The subject confronted a male employee, 26, and an argument ensued.  The subject displayed a handgun and discharged two (2) rounds.  The victim was struck once in the chest and the subject fled the scene in an unknown direction.

The victim was transported to an area hospital and is listed in stable condition.

The subject is described as a male, approximately 5’9” tall, with a light complexion.  He was wearing a gray hooded sweatshirt, blue jeans, a baseball hat and had a black mask covering his face.  The subject carried a black/red duffle bag on his shoulder and a second black bag across his chest.
