The great transportation secretary Pete Buttigieg said, If gas prices are too high, just buy an electric car.

Well, the good news for tenants.

The new buildings that NYC City Council passed without fossil fuel, i.e. that's gasoline for construction to be made with electricity as the utility has a new bill in the works.

The new bill which is under work is requiring all buildings to include electric car charging stations for tenants.

It's all good as long as the tenants pay for the electricity along with their apartment usage include cooking.

Saves time from going to gas stations or get those oil checked.
