Second suspect nabbed in Florida wanted for Astoria homicide

Police reported the second suspect wanted for the homicide of Gudelia Vallinas, 37 who died while hit by stray bullets in Astoria has been taken into custody. The alleged suspect, Benaiah Reid was captured by US Marshals in Polk County, Florida. The first suspect, Dajun Williams, 19 was arrested last month and remanded without bail which is upsetting many local politicians in the area. Local politicians, the NYC mayor and Queens Borough President is launching a program in the summer to curb gun violence with various non-profit organization to provide education, community jobs and more which criminals are looking forward to if they participate which is highly doubtful.
