Second span of Kosciuszko Bridge had grand opening

Today around 12pm, The Kosciuszko Bridge's second span has its grand opening with Governor Cuomo and local elected officials. The first cyclists and pedestrians were on the bridge to use the new walkway/bikeway on the bridge.
