Second block for sale on Union Turnpike in Fresh Meadows

The lot from the corner of 188 Street to 186 Street on the south side of Union Turnpike is on the market. The asking price is $21.5 million dollars. This is where the former Rite Aid used to be. It's $771 per square feet.

The building department has approved for semi-high rise status for this particular location after Flushing. A new semi-high rise building is already built on the 188 Street corner and more are following, making the area a boon for the real estate market.

The lot on the other south side is still available for $14.5 million.
