Robbery with a worker slashed in Uniondale

The NCPD reports a robbery on Sunday, October 22 around 2:45pm in Uniondale.

According to police, a female suspect walked into the 7-Eleven located at 644 Jerusalem Avenue and began removing items from the store shelves. A male employee, 38, approached the female suspect offering assistance and she stabbed the victim several times before fleeing the store southbound on Uniondale Avenue, without paying for the merchandise.

The male victim suffered injuries to his right hand and left arm. He was transported to a local hospital for treatment.

Police released the surveillance pictures.
