Rising crimes in NYC from mostly parolees

NYPD reported stolen autos risen by 62.7% followed by burglaries at 271.% for during April. Most of the crimes are reported on parolees followed by a portion of homeless. Police have arrested but released due to bail reform law in place and possible spread of COVID-19 in Rikers Island. Several suspects continue to commit the same crimes but gets released.
