Queens man busted for manslaughter

On Tuesday evening, a male, black, 36, ex-con was harassing people inside the subway car. This is on northbound J train approaching Marcy Avenue in Williamsburg around 7:30pm.

Then out of nowhere the same male started arguing with a couple, both blacks from Queens. That resulted in the woman being punched in the face. This angered her 20 year old boyfriend who acted immediately to her defense.

The 36 year old was stabbed to death.

The couple waited for the police and cooperated.

So far no paid protesters came forward to the 36 year old man's defense.

No elected officials have condemned the incident crying or showing emotions at all but silence.

The Mayor's Office so far has no information on protests inside the subways so no heavy police presence is expected for commuters today or this week.

As of today, the 20 year old man was charged with manslaughter and criminal possession of a weapon according to the Brooklyn DA's Office.

Meanwhile, Daniel Penny has been indicted by a grand jury in the death of Jordan Neely on a subway train last month due to heavy paid protestors and outrage sparked from elected officials.
