Queens is heading to the new heights

After Amazon's announcement in Long Island City, more companies doing business with them are heading to Queens cold calling for office spaces.

Flushing is gearing up for more developers to add office spaces according to a real estate company. More and more private companies are scouting around Queens to be their next destination as real estate offices are getting busy.

Even better for Jeff Bezos of Amazon, commute is easier for helicopters with landing pads above the new headquarter in Queens instead of a limo ride from JFK or LGA.

As of today, rent have increased around Long Island City with one bedroom going for easy $3,000 per month.
