Queens Village eatery shut down by the city

Las Delicias located at 217-19 Jamaica Avenue in Queens has been violations of 56 which were closed until fix them. The violations are from cold food held above 41 degrees, raw, cooked or prepared food is contaminated, proper thermometer not used to evaluate temperatures, filth flies and facility not vermin proof. The restaurant has grace period to clear violations before the city inspects for approval to open again for the public. The inspection was conducted between September 27 and October 4.
