Hit and run reported on LIE in Maspeth

Police reported a hit and run on Long Island Expressway. It happened on October 6 around 10:30pm on the eastbound near Exit 17 in Maspeth. Reported the vehicle that was struck driven by off duty cop. The driver took off toward eastbound. Ongoing investigation.
