Public Advocate debate has one person attacking everyone

Rafael Espinal, Democrat NYC Councilmember went fierce against all and attacked Melissa Marks-Viverito especially.

She didn't stand a chance for rebuttal and ignored his talks down the line. Jumanne Williams kept silence and nodding head as a sign of yes look like agreeing with him. Espinal also stated he is not Mayor di Blasio's puppet like the rest are.

The one line by Eric Ulrich calling people inside Rikers Island "criminals" has both Marks-Viverito and Williams disagreeing.

Both Williams and Marks-Viverito spoke of similar issues with agreements to each other supporting diBlasio.
