Press conference from NY governor in gibberish

Today, the NY governor issued a press statement to the public after a long weekend with a newly tanned face. The governor stated when the vaxxies hit 70%, the remaining RONA restrictions will be lifted. He is guessing by the first week of July even though the standing is now at 68.6%. It was 64.6% last Thursday so reaching 70% is a slow pace to celebrate Independence Day to let all know he accomplished his mission. Coming to the school mask mandate, there was so much confusion. Indoor mask mandate will remain in effect in schools. It's up to each school to decide despite there being emergency school board meetings over the weekend. One district went remote and another called snow day over mask mandate. What the governor doesn't tell you is that CDC only recommends and doesn't need to follow it so NY can do what it wants. However, CDC recommends a mask mandate for the school year 2020 to 2021. As of this week, NYS received a small amount of $264 million from the fed to continue with the vax efforts.
