Press brief from the NY Governor

As usual, Cuomo started his press brief rails against Trump from not wearing a mask to having rallies. Cuomo did not respond why the resume of press briefing after he stopped and why start with Trump. He said 35 states have spikes but NY has the most deaths and cases of any states in the nation to date.
On people coming from states that has the highest COVID-19, Cuomo says NYS is working with airlines to have visitors to fill out a form of where they are going, where they are staying so random checks can be conducted for quarantine. Meanwhile, flights to Newark is at all time high where people travel by ground to NYC.
56,710 tests were performed yesterday. 625 tests came back positive (1.1% of total). Total hospitalizations fell to 879. There were 11 deaths yesterday.
