May 18, NYS banned e-cigarette products in NYS including tobacco products in pharmacies except NYC. Today, NYC retailers can no longer sell flavored e-cigs or flavored e-liquiids.
As for loopholes, purchases can be made online from other states. Online companies operating in NYS or NYC are prohibited for sales.
