Power outage in Glen Oaks

ConEd reported early morning power outage in Glen Oaks. One large vicinity has almost 2,000 residents without power. As of 3pm, ConEd reported the estimated restoration has been changed from 1pm to 4:30pm or longer. The coop area is several affected. Senior citizens depending on electric for health are advised to call 911.
