The NYC Mayor announced a new guideline for all religions including anything that goes with any beliefs.

The Mayor quoted,

“We are cutting red tape, if you are a mosque or house of worship or any kind you do now have to apply for a permit to amplify your call to Friday prayer.”

The NYPD announced a new memo. For chronic noise violations, police will not issue citations. This will be moved to a civil matter for local residents to deal with under the religious category.

The NY Governor also announced the support of the Mayor's decision.
