Parent company to buy King Kullen

Ahold Delhaize, the parent company of Stop & Shop announced to buy King Kullen. 32 super markets, 5 Wild by Nature stores and the corporate office in Bethpage, Long Island as part of the agreement.

The deal is expected to close before March 2019 subject to customary closing conditions.

Ahold Delhaize is a Netherlands, European based company and operates over 400 super markets in New England, New York and New Jersey including Stop and Shop.
