Over five incidents involving pellet guns in Long Island

Both Nassau and Suffolk County police are reporting a group of losers are targeting people in Long Island with pellet guns.

The police says it a new social media challenge where teens are shooting random people who are outside.

They shoot toward random people from a vehicle.

So far, Levittown, Merrick, Wantagh, Massapequa, North Babylon and Deer Park reported the same incidents.

Police stated the vehicle maybe a Hyndai Elantra with three to four males inside. Ongoing investigation.
