One in custody and one in critical condition after MVA on LIE westbound

Police closed off the service road of LIE westbound after Queens Blvd reporting accident involving a motorcycle. This was road rage related. The driver of the vehicle was taken into custody after search and later located in Ridgewood. The motorcyclist is in critical condition at a local hospital. It happened after 3am. Ongoing investigation.

Update - The 19 year old riding the dirt bike died at the hospital. Another moped rider, 23, male who was friend of the dead is in stable condition.
