One in custody after rape in Bellerose

Police reported one in custody after rape in Bellerose. The incident happened on February 18 around 6pm in the vicinity of Ransom Street and 88th Avenue. The victim reported of the incident and the perp is charged with 3rd degree rape. The case is being handled by the district attorney's office.
