Ogdensburg male arrested for aggravated harassment

On September 10, 2025, New York State Police arrested Lucas K. Northrup, 37, of Ogdensburg, NY, for aggravated harassment in the second degree.

The arrest stemmed from a harassment complaint received on September 9, 2025, at approximately 8:00 p.m. Troopers responded to State Route 420 in the town of Norfolk. During the investigation, it was determined that Northrup had contacted the victim via phone call and made threats to the victim's life.
