Officials Drunken man kills teen after pinning her with his vehicle

A teen girl is dead after being propositioned by a drunken New York man now charged with her murder after hitting three people with his car on purpose, according to prosecutors.

Edwin Cruz Gomez on Sunday was arraigned on multiple charges including murder, attempted murder, assault, vehicular manslaughter and "other crimes," according to the office of Queens County District Attorney Melissa Katz.

Gomez, 38, intentionally drove his vehicle "at four people, including a teenager and her mother whom he sexually propositioned just minutes earlier," the DA's office stated in a release.

The girl was pronounced dead at the scene.
