A new love is moving forth for NYC peeps

The NYC government is on the prowl. Urrrrrr...

The NYC Council is moving forth with a new bill that all new appliances brought must be installed with a permit and a licensed technician.

Example - You buy either an electric or gas stove from PC Richard and Son, you need a permit by applying with the city first before installing approved by a licensed technician.

The same with washer, dryer and other appliances.

If there is no permit, then a licensed technician can't install.

The current regulation is usually a reminder it's best to have a licensed technician to install but no permits.

More details are being worked on including the enforcement to help the city with funding, maybe $1 billion from this and other relevant details.

So good NYC is moving with the slogan, YOU NEED A PERMIT or pay for everything.
