Numero Uno complaint in NYC

The NYC Mayor stated the number one complaint to 311 is weed smell.

This is the quote, “The number one thing I smell now is pot. It’s like everybody is smoking a joint now.”

The second complaint is idling cars and the third is garbage smell all over the city.

Since it's the weekend busy with private events, the Mayor will make an announcement on the number one complaint and how to combat the aroma in NYC next week.
