No media allowed and all were kicked out in Kew Gardens

The NYC Mayor's office kicked all the media out of the meeting and only allowed the residents with identification for the proposed new jail next to the Queensboro Court House in Kew Gardens.

The event was closed to the press and only for residents living nearby with proof of residency.

The mayor's office also stated other locations in Queens are also under consideration but didn't disclose the details.
