Mayor di Blasio orders horse carriages into Central Park

Starting Friday, there will be no horse carriers outside Central Park but inside ordered by the mayor.

This means there will be no more waiting, pick up or drops offs outside Central Park including the one on 59 Street.

People will have to walk into the park to get a horse ride. Any buggy riders disobeying will be fined.
