No guinea pig for NYC bill

The NYC Council introduced a new bill to ban the sales of guinea pigs. The bill also includes a ban on birthing or growing them.

This came after they were being sold as street food in Elmhurst and loads of complaints got the attention of local council members for the fear of losing next year's election.

The bill is being prepared in cooperation with the NYC Health Dept to add more notes to take to the next step.
