Next round of meeting of City of Yes is in Bayside

After residents in northeast Queens attended the meeting on City of Yes in Floral Park last Saturday, the next meeting is scheduled in Bayside this evening. This is at the Korean Community Center on 203rd Street and 32nd Avenue to start around 7:30pm.

This is the NYC Mayor's dream project to convert anything that goes into more dwellings in the city to meet the demand of housing including residential area.

Garages, basements, backyard, extensions, zone changing, more buildings, etc can be used for housing is the Mayor's vision.

One of the lead pack is Yiatin Chu who is a Republican running against the current incumbent, State Senator Toby Stavisky attended all the meetings in the area. Unlike Vicky Paladino who is keeping her zone without migrant and homeless shelters, Chu is optimistic if she wins, she will make sure Glen Oaks, Floral Park, Bellerose, Queens Village vicinity will have a strong leader to stand against the Governor and Mayor on Creedmoor campus and high waves of crimes.
