Next court date is June 9 for congestion pricing in NYC

Today, a federal judge extended the temporary restraining order (TRO) against the Trump Admin on pausing the congestion pricing in NYC. The next court date is June 9. The TRO also includes federal funding to continue to the NY state. The happiest smile went to the MTA chief now demanding a preliminary injunction to continue for the longest duration possible after the presiding judge denied the motion to end congestion pricing.

The Trump Admin will continue with the court battle since President Trump campaigned against congestion pricing.

The same with the NY Governor in cooperations with the MTA that needs more funds desperately for services to continue.
