New laws for next year signed by the Governor

Of 682 bills proposed by local members of the Senate, the NY Governor signed all. Only 46 bills were vetoed.

The main ones are the following -

The minimum wage will be $16 an hour in NYC, Long Island and Westchester. 15 years old is the new age to be a lifeguard at pools, beaches and children's camps under supervision.

All colleges need to provide crime statistics including hate crimes for all to see.
