National Guard deployed in Queens

NY Army National Guard members has been deployed in Queens where the storm, Isaias affected the most. They are working with NYC Emergency Management staff for recovery efforts. Today early morning, power outage reported in Manhattan and Middle Village of Queens. Over 100,000 residents in Queens are still without power. ConEd is working to restore power.
