NYC subway fire reported homicide

NYPD released basic information of homicide in NYC. The police is asking the public?s assistance identifying the person(s) responsible for setting a fire and causing the death of a MTA motorman. Police confirmed shopping cart containing a possible accelerant was found inside the second car of a No. 2 train that erupted in flames and heavy smoke as it pulled into the Central Park North-110th Street station Friday. Ongoing investigation.
