NYC is on the watch for possible major storm

The meteorologists reported of a possible major storm that's heading to NYC on Wednesday night until Thursday morning. Also of possible snow by one foot but didn't disclose locations in NY where it could be. The sanitation dept of snow alert issuance if over 1 inch of snow, requiring restaurants to suspend outdoor curbside dining. Under the new guidance, "all tables and chairs should be removed or secured, electric heaters should be removed, and the tops of structures should be removed, if possible." And if over a foot of snow is forecast, restaurants will be ordered to "remove or consolidate structures, including barriers, to take up as little space as possible." The duration will be decided by the mayor when an announcement is made.
