NYC is fine and safe but Rochester called for help

The NYC mayor stated the city is safe and fine so no need for additional police force. However, Rochester NYPD chief Cynthia Herriott-Sullivan called for help from the feds to come and remove gun offenders from the streets. The feds are coming this week by working with Rochester police to combat gun violence. This came after many personnel in the Rochester force have resigned or retired and crime is high.
