NYC car theft ring prompts police response in Queens

After more than an hour, said residents, a man wearing nothing but a pair of underwear was seen in police custody on the block of 80th Street, between 153rd and 155th Avenues.

Two vehicles, a Dodge Charger and a BMW sedan, were seized at the scene.

Florio said that this is an ongoing investigation, and that the State Police will provide more information at a news conference on Thursday.
