Mr McGruff outside is over 90 degrees in NYC

Today, August 1st is NYPD National Night Out and the featured guest is McGruff, the dog barking out with a caption, "Take a bite out of the crime." For 111th Pct, its on the roof of Fairway Shopping Center in Douglaston at 6pm. However for 105th Pct, its at Cabbel Park on 121st Avenue & Francis Lewis Blvd starts at 5pm. NYPD reported McGruff will visit at random locations while wearing the dog costume with rain parka jacket in the heat.
