Main Street closed in Kew Garden Hills

Main Street in Kew Garden Hills is temporarily closed to pedestrian and vehicular traffic from Melbourne Ave to Jewel Ave. This is due to a worker accidentally ruptured gas line at the construction site. Traffic is being re-routed all around. 50 people evacuated from 68-22 through 68-50 Main Street. No injuries.
