MVA on NSP early morning had 7 injuries

Police have closed Northern State Parkway westbound at Route 107 in Hicksville reporting multiple vehicle accident involving four vehicles. It happened around 6:30am. Within 15 minutes, another crash occurred on the eastbound side in the same location with one car on fire. One person suffered cardiac arrest. Six others were taken to local hospitals with injuries. The roads have opened since then.
