Love with smile coming to CIP vicinity

Monday Happy Days not yet in Bayside but this time, NY is always ready with a smile. The weather people say a major coastal storm is expected from Sunday to Monday with heavy rain, winds and flash floods. From the last locations that were affected mainly in Queens especially in the vicinity of the Clearview Expressway and Cross Island Parkway, this time the state is sending out a rescue operation team in a joint cooperation with the city officials.

The NYC Mayor if in town will issue a statement for all to follow so be cautious in the area during the weekend.

As for local residents, avoid the flood zone areas during heavy rain.
