Kennedy charity started massive bailout program

The Robert F Kennedy Human Rights charity bailed out about ten people from Rikers Island starting Monday. The aim is to promote awareness to communities that putting women and children in jail doesn't serve any purpose but for empowerment. Its best to use tax dollars for better way. Each bailout cost the charity $25,000 and already city officials are scrambling to block the plan. The primary focus in 16 ad 17 year olds who cannot pay the bail no matter what crimes they committed. The charity is spending $5 million dollars for the bailout and hiring more volunteers.
