Just a reminder there is a big difference between NYC and Nassau County for marijuana

Nassau County Police arrested over 20 people on Hillside Avenue, Union Turnpike after Langdale Street and Little Neck Parkway borderline of Jericho/Jamaica Avenue by the Queens side for marijuana possession in one week span. In NYC, anyone can carry weed seen in the picture held by ex-NYPD Commissioner Bill Bratton without getting arrested. If seen smoking weed in public by police, arrest in NYC will take place. Also, If seen smoking by police in private places, warrant maybe issued in NYC based on the complaint. Police has been tracking down shady vehicles such as tinted windows and other suspicious on the border line especially at evening time. So in Nassau County, no possession of marijuana is allowed by law.
