Jumper down investigation in Whitestone

The NYPD is in Whitestone reporting a body search ongoing. This is from an earlier incident of a jumper down from the Throgs Neck Bridge after several witnesses alerted 911 on the Queens side around 6:30pm this evening.

Also, multiple people told police of two people jumped in the water after a pursuit from the Bronx that resulted in a crash but awaiting for details.

The NYPD continue to work on the scene searching for the body.

ESU divers are spread out the area to widen the search.
