Judge approved Sears sale back to the chairman

Bankruptcy judge approved the $5.2 billion dollars takeover sale by current Sears Chairman Lambert. The decision will allow all 425 stores remain open with 45,000 employees.

The judge has given time table which was not disclosed of $5.2 billion dollars.
