Investors to electric for all to bow upon

New buildings with electric powered heat and cooking making the bill higher for tenants will soon get a relief if the NYC Council's proposed bill in the making which is public renewables act. This will allow qualified tenants to get their electricity supplied by private companies to NYC for relief covered by taxpayers.

This gives developers and investors a free for all profits from property taxes to heat and electricity while only paying a measly sum for insurance and water.

Investors are all lining up buying properties within the public transportation vicinity after the NY Governor announced the plan to build 800,000 housing units from NYC to Long Island.

Nassau and Suffolk County have already filed lawsuits.

ConEd raised the electric bill for January in NYC and expects it to double in 3 years.

Here is one in Woodside. This is 67-17 Roosevelt Avenue where a home was sold for $932,960 in January 2023 to make way for 6 story apartments for 10 units.
