Hey cough up on top of extra income in NYC

No you can't have the extra income.

If you are using AirBnB, VRBO or other services for short term rentals, a new bill is coming soon.

Under this bill, the NYS wants a statewide registration for rental registry for all from mom and pop landlords to (READ) tenants subletting tenants.

This came after the far left socialists want to tax all living human beings who pay bills while renting out or subletting to survive in the state especially NYC.

Soon, this is in the same tax rate as hotels when it becomes saturated and hopeful according to the main bill sponsors.

As long as people are making money, they are the target to squeeze out from having a nice comfort in the city and state.

The NY Governor support this bill and expected to sign if passed in both Senate and Assembly.
