On Monday around 1pm, police were called for attacks all around in front of a bike shop.

This is on Broadway near 42nd Street in Sunnyside.

A lone suspect was upset over something police didn't disclose and then throwing objects at the worker and the window of the store.

Someone out of nowhere stabbed the suspect when police arrived. It took the police a while to apprehend the suspect who is now at the local hospital.

A police officer was also injured during the arrest and taken to a local hospital has since been released.

Charges are pending.

The investigation continues.
