Heavy fire in Woodside landed people in hospitals

Around 3:15am last night, FDNY reported an apartment fire in Woodside. This is on 63rd Street near 39th Avenue. The lot at 39-06 reported a second alarm with five people taken to local hospitals.

The fire started in the attic and extended through below flow.

Also, basement fire was reported in Laurelton. This is on 245th Street near 133rd Avenue around 7:30am this morning.

The latest ebike battery fire occurred in Flushing. This is on Avery Avenue near College Point Blvd. The incident was reported around 3:30pm this afternoon.

All incidents are under investigation.
