Guilty conscience lead him to surrender for the hit and run in Levittown

Michael Elardo, 48 of Syosset turned himself to the local police station on Monday after confessing to the hit and run that allegedly killed a teen last Sunday at midnight in Levittown on Hempstead Turnpike and Gardiners Avenue.
